Returns + Exchanges



Returns can now be made within 7 business days of receiving the item. The 7 day period starts on the tracked delivery date of the package.

*The tag must be attached in order to be considered for a refund. Removal of the tag will result in a void of refund consideration.

We guarantee that ALL of our merchandise is personally inspected for the highest in quality before shipping.
Any item not in its original condition, is considered damaged.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not considered for a refund.

Panties are non-returnable


We only exchange items for a different size in the same style. Send us an email at for instructions. Exchanges are held to the same 7 day return timeframe.

Sale items

*All sales are final for items on sale. This includes items purchased with a promo code. Exchanges are applicable if there is inventory in the specific size.

Custom orders

There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders. To proceed with a custom order, the customer must provide accurate measurements.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are returning an item, please email us first at so we can expect your return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
