Returns + Exchanges
Returns can now be made within 7 business days of receiving the item. The 7 day period starts on the tracked delivery of the package.
*The tag must be attached in order to be considered for a refund. Removal of the tag will result in a void of refund consideration.
We guarantee that ALL of our merchandise is personally inspected for the highest in quality before shipping.
Any item not in its original condition, is considered damaged.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not considered for a refund.
We only exchange items for a different size in the same style. Send us an email at Sales@BaoTranchi.com for instructions. Exchanges are held to the same 7 day return timeframe.
*All sales are final for items on sale. This includes items purchased with a promo code. Exchanges are applicable if there is inventory in the specific size.
There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders. To proceed with a custom order, the customer must provide accurate measurements.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
